We are a family farm that has been organically growing olives since 2002. Our estate is nestled in Mendocino County’s rolling coastal hills in Potter Valley, California.  Similar in climate to the colder Tuscan areas of Italy, our oil has that preferred pungent flavor Europeans are use to and enjoy. Each year our oils are certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.

      To create our Tuscan Blend we use Tuscan varietals to that include: Frantoio, Marino, Leccino and Pendolino. We add a Spanish Arbequina varietal in with the Tuscan to create our Mediterranean Blend.

       Though we have been a pioneer in the olive oil industry in California, it was our wish not to increase the size of our farming operation.  We have done this so that we may continue to control the quality that only a family owned farm can produce locally for you, the consumer. Our olives are hand picked, milled and bottled on our estate giving you some of the best EVOO in California.  We hope you enjoy our products.
